Fast and Easy Macaroni Cheese recipe

If you lead a busy life, then you know how hard it can be for you to actually prepare a meal for your family. Sometimes you may decide that you want to make your family a very good tasting meal, but you still don't have the time available to spend a great deal of time in the kitchen in order to make that meal. Ingredients List:

1 16 ounce package of macaroni
1 pound of sharp Cheddar cheese, sliced
1 tbsp of butter
A bit of salt and pepper to taste
1 12 fluid ounce can of evaporated milk

Directions:

The first thing that you want to do is to preheat your oven to 375 degrees and bring a large pot of slightly salted water to a boil. Then you are going to add in the macaroni and cook it for about 8 to 10 minutes. Once it is cooked then you will want to drain all of the water from it. Then you will want to grease a casserole dish and place a quarter of the macaroni into the bottom of the casserole dish. Now you are going to place an even layer of about a third of the cheese slices onto the macaroni. Now add a little butter on the top and season the dish with salt and pepper. You will want to repeat this layering process three times. Pour the evaporated milk evenly on top of the entire dish. Place the dish into the oven uncovered and cook it for about one hour, or until the top is golden brown in color.

When you serve this dish to your friends or family, you won't believe how much they will enjoy it. The best part is that they will assume you took a lot of time to make it.
