Ingredients List:
8 ounces of macaroni shells
1 10 ¾ ounce can of nacho cheese soup
2/3 cup of milk
1 ½ cups of shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided
A bit of ground black pepper
1 cup of bread crumbs
2 tbsp of melted butter
Directions:
The first thing that you will want to do is to heat the oven to 350 degrees. Now you will want to lightly grease a 2-quart baking dish. Cook the macaroni by boiling it in lightly salted water in a pot for about 8 to 10 minutes. Once it is cooked you will want to drain all of the water out of it and rinse it. In the same pan you boiled the macaroni in, you will mix the hot macaroni with the soup, milk, and 1 cup of the shredded cheese. Now you are going to spoon it into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese over the top of the macaroni mixture. Now you will want to toss together the bread crumbs and butter until the bread crumbs are thoroughly coated and sprinkle it over the cheese layer. Place it in the oven and bake it for 25 minutes, until bubbly and lightly browned.
Once this dish is done you won't believe how good it tastes. This is something that you will want to make sure you think of making on special occasions, or anytime you are invited to attend a potluck or picnic.
